Natalie is the Owner and Manager of Little Poppins, bringing a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. With experience in preschool management and child development, she oversees daily operations, curriculum implementation, Safeguarding duties, staff development, family engagement and everything in between.

As Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), Kristina plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the preschool while ensuring every child receives the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Working closely with children, families, and staff, they help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children can reach their full potential.

Early Years Educator

Mia is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with a genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow, and develop confidence through play and exploration. With experience supporting children in their early years, she create's nurturing, safe, and engaging environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.

Charley is the lead practitioner in our Under 2s area. She is passionate about providing a warm, caring, and nurturing environment where babies and young toddlers feel safe, valued, and supported. She builds strong relationships with children and families while promoting each child's development through play, exploration, and responsive care.

Millie is an Early Years Educators, and enjoys supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop new skills. She work's closely with colleagues to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where every child feels encouraged to explore, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
